Rental Information

INTRODUCING OUR BEAUTIFUL COSMOPOLITAN'S NEW PRICING!
YOU CAN NOW RENT THE COSMOPOLITAN FOR $150 PER HOUR, MINIMUM OF TWO (2) HOURS PER EVENT.

Event can be reserved between the hours of 12:00 PM and 1:30 AM except major holiday 20% gratuity are added to the final total.

The rental fee does not include linen, china or silverwares.
If you want to use our:

  • Linens; add $20 per table
  • China and Silverware; add $40 per table
  • Clean-Up Fee; Add $100
  • In-House Sound and Lighting; Add $200
  • Audio/Visual; Add $200

Our DJ is independent of our facility and charges according to event. For details on our DJ's fee, ask the Facility Manager.

Please Note:

  • We cater in-house (and omits additional China and Silverware charge). For details on food pricing, please see the Facility Manager.
  • All drinks or alcoholic beverages must be purchased in-house. No outside drinks or beverages may be purchased and brought in from outside.
  • Outside catering is accepted, but all pans, steamers, chaffing dishes, etc. Must be provided by the outside catering company.
  • The use of the kitchen by outside catering are on a need and selective basis. Additional fees may apply.
  • All plated binners must be of a minimum of 25 people (with additional $3 per entree per person). Buffet dinners are at a 50 person group minimum.

All alcoholic beverages are priced by individual sales, based on the type and category of the drinks.

  • White and red wine are priced per bottle as well as some of the Vodka varieties, Cognac, Scotch and Whiskies.
  • We serve variety of beer, both draft and bottled.
  • Please ask our Party Manager for detail on all our alcoholic beverages.
  • A cash bar to tabbed for your guests are available.
